With our Free Edition you can use EliteTask completely free of charge and have your company's support system up and
running in minutes. Our Basic and Premium paid plans offer extended features and capabilities, but our Free Edition
still provides you everything you'll need to get an initial support system online for your customers so you can spend
more time on your product/services and less on managing support infrastructure.
Are there limitations?
The Free Edition has a subset of the features of our paid plans, but has all the fundamental features of any
ticketing system. The primary limitations are around the number of team members you can have, and a limit of 500 new
tickets each month. For more details on the differences see our Plans page.
Can I upgrade to a different plan?
Yes. As more plans become available you'll be able to upgrade your plan to get extended features and capabilities.
What's the Catch?
As mentioned there are a few extended feature limitations with the Free Edition. Outside of that there is no catch. We believe
in providing you with an incredible and easy to use product even if you're just going with the Free Edition. You can always upgrade
to a paid plan with additional features later when you see the incredible value EliteTask will provide for you and your customers!
